1 - GOODS:  All goods are brand new direct from the Daisychain.

2 - SERVICE: Daisychain is commited in providing a quality sevice to all it's customers.

3 - PAYMENTS:   Payments are accepted by the following methods,  paypal, personal cheque ( made out to Daisychain ), debit / credit cards, or cash on collection.

4 -  DESPATCH:   We aim to despatch goods paid by pay pal, debit / credit cards no later than next day. Goods paid by cheque will be despatched on clearance of funds.

5 - POSTAGE:   Rates quoted are for U. K. Royal Mail only.  If you are buying from overseas or if you have a postage query please do not hesitate to contact us.

6 - INSURANCE: Items are insured for loss or damage which is included in the postage charge, Daisychain, upon proof will refund any postage costs and replace the item or items purchased.

7 - REFUNDS:   Daisychain offers a no quibble refund or replacment on faulty or damaged goods, and all costs incurred, upon the return of the item\s in original packaging. In the event that the item\s are unsuitable or unwanted, the item\s shoul be returned in the original packaging at the buyers cost for a full refund of the item\s within seven days.
